Preparation and shipment of your order
Your order is
prepared and shipped the same day from Toulouse, France if you order
before 2 PM from Monday to Friday inclusive. Any order placed over the weekend is shipped the following Monday, or the next business day if it is a public holiday.
Partial delivery of the order
If your order includes
one or more products being restocked, you can request a partial shipment of your order
by contacting our support. The missing product(s) will be shipped free of charge as soon as possible.

Colissimo by La Poste and

mainland France and Monaco, your parcels with standard home delivery, Pickup relay, and post office are delivered by La Poste in
48 working hours (average observed times*). Abroad, our partner
Chronopost provides express delivery with times varying from country to country. For example:
- Europe: 2 to 5 days
- DOM and TOM: 48h/72h
- Rest of the world: 3 to 5 days
*This time may exceptionally extend to 3 or 4 days (for example during holiday periods such as Christmas).
