Products

ETERNEL leather straps are made in France.
You will find on our product pages the wrist sizes to which the strap adapts.
Sweat, which can sometimes be acidic, may damage your strap and even stain it permanently. We strongly advise against wearing your strap in situations where you will sweat.
Leather is a hydrophobic material: it should not be submerged and contact with water should be avoided as much as possible.
Delivery
If all the items in your order are in stock, it will be
- Shipped within 24 business hours (and the same day for orders placed before 3 PM)
- Then delivered by Colissimo within a maximum of 48 business hours in France
- Or delivered by Chronopost anywhere in the world in 1 to 5 days depending on the destination country (for Europe and the USA, the observed delivery times are 2 to 3 days)
If one or more products are temporarily out of stock, you can request a partial delivery. You will receive the missing product(s) free of charge as soon as they are back in stock.
As soon as your order is shipped and if you have provided a valid email address, you will receive the carrier's tracking number. You will be notified by email at each stage of the delivery.
Returns and Refunds
The refund of a product is eligible within 30 days following the receipt of your order.
You have 30 days to download the return form here for free.
Once the package is received, and if the products are in perfect condition, we process the refund within 24 business hours.
For example, if you made a mistake regarding the size, color, or other aspects and wish to exchange one or more products.
Simply download the return form here. Fill it out and follow the instructions. The return shipping costs are covered by Eternel.

We invite you to contact our customer service. They will send you the appropriate return form. You have 30 days from the receipt of your package to return the bracelets that do not bring you complete satisfaction.
Order
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still modify it. To do so, use the contact form on this page. Choose "Modify my order" as the subject, then simply let us know what you wish to change.
Do not worry. It is entirely possible that the confirmation email is in your spam folder.
If this is not the case, our customer service is available from Monday to Friday to inform you about the progress of your order.
