Dear customers,
If you have been following us since our beginnings, you have noticed that we are committed to offering a price as fair as possible for quality products. Fair for the customer, fair for the work involved in imagining and manufacturing the right products, fair for our teams, so that everyone benefits.
You have also noticed that some of our prices have unfortunately increased. Since the end of 2021, our manufacturers have experienced an increase in their production costs on certain references, for various reasons:
- shortage of qualified labor leading to other quality control issues and more costly short-term contracts,
- increase in the price of certain raw materials used in the composition of the bracelets,
- cost of energy and transportation.
We have done our utmost not to pass on these increases, hoping they were temporary, but it is clear that they are not. We have therefore had to adjust our prices to reflect this reality and try to maintain a viable balance for all stakeholders in this beautiful adventure: you, our customers, our partner manufacturers, and us.
We fully understand the impact this change may have, we believe that the quality/price/impact ratio of our products remains largely in their favor and we hope that you will continue to trust us.
